No New snow while everyone else got some

Well while everyone seemed to be getting snow the last few day we didn't get anything since Monday night 4". The trail to trinity has just been groomed and is slick and fast from Chickamin to Trinity before that there have been some sleds on it but still in great shape, down to 15 last night but 34 and bright sunshine today, you can go anywhere in this stuff. Get out and enjoy the beautiful weather and snow. Peace

Finally some snow...

This morning we got up to 4" of new wetter snow than normal but then again nothing about this year has been normal. It was 30 degrees overnight and 34 now. We are showing 4' on our gauge. The road our here is is good condition and there is new snow to play in, but there is still a very good base, along the river there is 1' of deeper snow to play in. Get out and enjoy a beautiful snowing day. Peace

No new snow

The sun is coming out and it's 16 degrees, the snow is still in good condition to go anywhere and at upper elevations you can even find 12-15" of POW in places. The trail out here is in pretty good shape after being groomed Tues night but icy in early morning but no new snow just yet but still hopeful, we are still maintaining 3.5' of snow out here. Not much change

Good morning, it's clear and 21 now, low of 18 overnight. No new snow to report and the road to Trinity was groomed Tues night, and the sledders came out but it is still in good shape. Had a high of 46 yesterday and softened up the snow. Still holding 3.5' here. Get out and enjoy the snow. If you groom it they will come. Peace

Finally got some snow POW

Well good morning after a long dry spell we finally got some new snow yesterday and this morning we have 4" of new POW. The snow is still firm and you can still go anywhere but it is softening up a bit. The road to Trinity was groomed Friday night but we have had lots of snomobiler's out this way this weekend so not so sure what the road is still like but know you can make it out here without any difficulty. It's 26 this morning so get out and enjoy the snow. Peace

I see snow falling

This morning it is 26 degrees and there is snow falling but overnight we barely got a dusting. Some areas have snow 4-6" deep others are still frozen solid and slick. it's still possible to go anywhere if you are willing to give it a try, you won't get stuck, in some areas it's softer than it has been but not alot, the 1" of new here at the house was in fact 1-3" in other places because of the winds that were blowing while it snowed. 1" of Snow

After all the talk of snow I hoped we would get 3-6" but this morning we had a whopping 1" of very dry POW it's 17" and the snow is still very firm. Over the last coouple of days when it appeared we only got a dusting which came with winds it seems it also blew into drifts and we found areas yesterday that had 2-3" of snow that we walked through some of it with a 1/2" crust. Hope fully we will get more today. Get out and enjoy the fresh look. Peace

Got a dusting of snow

Good morning it's 27 degrees with a 3-5mph wind and we had a dusting of snow this morning but not enough to even color the trees. There are some gusty winds blowing snow but wouldn't call it snowing. The snow is getting a little softer and in some areas you might just punch through so you have to pay attention. The road out here is still very firm and in pretty good shape but you miht just need ice scratcher's to keep your sled cooled down. Get out and enjoy the day, I'm seeing some new snowflakes in the wind.

Not much change so far

Well it's 24 degrees, overcast, with clouds sitting on tops of the mountains, might be snow. We haven't had any snow since last Monday when we got 3" and in the last week only 9.5" of snow but most of it has blown away or into drifts which can be surprising to step into. The snow is getting softer on the surface due to the warming weather we have been having but it is still hard enough to go anywhere you want. Clear & Cold Again

Good Morning it's 23 degrees and clear. No new snow since .5" Sunday night, snow is still firm but softening in places, not as much hoar frost though. The trail out here was groomed yesterday to the trailhead parking lot and also the Phelps Creek TH road, even though it was in pretty good shape it was cleaned up again yesterday after the sled dog races making it very nice and fast.
